Most forms of development have the potential to increase the amount of on-street parking, more commonly known as parking stress. Lambeth parking surveys can be conducted for both residential and commercial developments extending to 200m or 500m respectively.

These are conducted on site at various intervals depending on requirements. We provide clear, detailed mapping with numerical data and parking stress percentages being displayed in excel data tables. We follow the guidelines set out in the Lambeth Council Parking Survey Guidance Note along with any further or additional requirements the client has.

NEW DATA

Our client had previous surveys done on a site and the surrounding area however, due to old data the surveys needed updating. There had also been several developments in the area that may of impacted the results of the parking survey.

We conducted a Lambeth survey which took place in the very early hours enabling us to get a clear understanding of the residential parking levels. Vehicle parking, spaces, signage, and meterage of parking was assessed as well as a comprehensive report produced.

Our client used this data to illustrate the new and updated levels of parking stress over both surveyed nights.
